Everything was great, however we stayed for 3 nights only. The location was marvellous in the middle of the city and the staff here was amazing. There was Nickel Burger Arenal nearby, offering quick meals.

Great location and close to all tourist spots. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were clean. The best thing was they served free Nexpresso coffee! , the toiletries provided were of great quality.

The apartment was not as good as expected, especially for the expensive New Year rates we paid. The staff was a bit impolite and not helpful at all.

Our stay at Vincci was absolutely brilliant. The hotel itself had great facilities and the rooms were well-appointed and luxurious. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered us excellent recommendations for local tapas and bars. The pool area was fantastic and we enjoyed the attentive waiter service. Our room, especially the penthouse with a terrace, was spacious and beautifully designed. The bathroom amenities were top-notch and the overall experience felt very high-end. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the sights and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Despite being in the city center, the room was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

While there were many positives, there were a few minor drawbacks. We encountered some issues with the Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and it would have been helpful to have a welcome manual to guide us.
